Most eligible adults will be able to get the flu vaccine FROM 3 October 2024

You can get the free NHS flu vaccine if you:

· are aged 65 or over

· have certain long-term health conditions

· are pregnant

· live in a care home

· are the main carer for older or disabled person receiving carer's allowance

· live with someone who has a weakened immune system

· Frontline health and social care workers can also get a flu vaccine through their employer.

Covid vaccination eligibility groups are:

· over-65s

· people aged between six months and 64 years with health conditions that make them more vulnerable

· people living in care homes for older people

· front-line health and social-care staff, including in care homes for older people.

The RSV vaccine is recommended if:

· you're pregnant – the vaccine is recommended during every pregnancy (from 28 weeks onwards) to help protect your baby after they're born

· you're aged 75 to 79

· If you turned 80 on or after 1 September 2024, you're eligible for the RSV vaccine until 31 August 2025. You're not eligible for the RSV vaccine if you turned 80 before 1 September 2024.

The maternity services will be offering RSV vaccinations if you are pregnant

We will aim to offer RSV once we have completes Flu and Covid vaccines.
