Informal discussion
If you want an informal discussion about any problems with our services please call us and ask to speak with or see our Practice Manager who will be happy to help
Formal Complaint
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please write to the practice manager outlining your concerns. Please do not use any of the Forms on this website. The practice manager will write and acknowledge your complaint and will then discuss with you how the matter can best be resolved and agree a reasonable timescale with you.
Alternatively you can make your complaint to NHS England on 0300 311 22 33.
Our services are registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission www.cqc.org.uk 03000 616 161. Visit their website for details of how to raise concerns with them.
